Schools and Business

Norris Canyon Estates is centrally located within the Tri-Valley corridor convenient to many shops and business near Danville, Dublin, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, and Castro Valley. Our community is also located in the heart of the San Ramon Valley School District, which offers a number of great schools K-12.

Open Space Community

We love our open space! Norris Canyon Estates backs up to a number of public and private trails which connect to our community. Some residents own livestock friendly lots, and so the occasional horse may even be seen crossing the road from time to time.

As one would expect, our residents love taking advantage of the many trails and pathways Norris Canyon has to offer. Our park facilities are also pet friendly and equipped with sanitary dispensers for when nature truly calls.
